Hi, we're Kelly and Matt, the husband-and-wife team behind 421 Photo & Film. Based in Northeast Ohio, we specialize in wedding photography and videography, family portraits, senior sessions, branding, and event coverage.
As parents of three and partners in life for over a decade, we know how quickly meaningful moments pass by. That's why we're passionate about creating authentic photos and cinematic films that preserve your story exactly as it felt.
Kelly focuses on capturing genuine connection and natural emotion through photography, while Matt brings those moments to life through cinematic videography. Together, we create timeless imagery that allows you to relive your favorite memories for years to come.
When we're not behind the camera, you'll find us spending time with our family, staying active, and enjoying life with our chocolate lab, Brantley. We can't wait to meet you and tell your story.

Eric studied digital media in college and graduated in 2012. He has been working in the creative field as a freelance media producer over the last 9 year. He has experience working with thousands of different businesses across a wide array of industries.

Kevin studied business at Ohio University with a minor in music. With a passion for playing and recording music he later changed majors to Mass Media to focus on audio and video production.
He’s recently focused his experience towards creating shorts and reels for social media to share with the world. Kevin has worked with the Scott family since Matt’s first days filming a video for a middle school project and brings imaginative ideas to add to the table.

Hi, I’m Kelly, a passionate photographer with 10 years of experience capturing love, laughter, and life’s most beautiful moments. I specialize in wedding, senior, and family photography, creating timeless images that tell your unique story.
Before diving full-time into photography, I was a teacher, which gave me a deep appreciation for storytelling—something I bring into every session. Beyond the lens, I’m a proud mama of three, which means I know how to find the magic in chaos and the beauty in the little moments. I also have a love for musical theatre, which inspires my creativity and attention to detail.
Whether you’re celebrating a wedding, a senior year milestone, or precious family moments, I’d love to help you capture memories that last a lifetime.
Hey, I'm Matt, a videographer and video editor looking to bring stories to life through film. Whether it’s capturing weddings, special events, or creating compelling brand content, I strive to make every video both cinematic and meaningful.
When I’m not behind the camera or in the editing room, I’m the host of The Movie Podium podcast, where I dive deep into the world of film—one of my biggest inspirations. I’m also a proud father of three, a dedicated CrossFit enthusiast, and a die-hard Cleveland sports fan (through all the ups and downs!).

Do you photograph and film all types of sessions?
We photograph weddings, families, seniors, and brands—and we offer videography for weddings and brand projects only. Each session is designed to reflect your story and style in a way that feels natural and true to you.
How far in advance should we book?
For weddings, we recommend 9–12 months ahead to ensure your date is available. Portrait, senior, and brand sessions are usually booked 4–8 weeks out.
Can we include both photo and video in our package?
Absolutely. We offer combined photo and film options for any type of session. Capturing both sides of your story—the still moments and the motion—is what we do best.
Do you travel for sessions?
Yes! Whether it’s a wedding out of state, a senior session in your favorite city, or an on-location brand shoot, we’re always up for the adventure.
What happens if the weather doesn’t cooperate?
No worries—flexibility is part of the process. We’ll adjust timing, find alternate locations, or reschedule if needed to make sure your session still fits your vision. Our wedding was supposed to be outside, and it rained ALL day, so we will make it work if the weather isn't cooperating!
How will we receive our photos and films?
You’ll receive everything in an easy-to-use online gallery where you can view, download, share, and even order prints. For video projects, you’ll also get high-quality digital delivery and options for sharing on social or your website.
