Once you reach out, we’ll send over our detailed pricing guide and make sure we’re the perfect fit for your vision and wedding day. We’ll answer any questions you have and walk you through what working with us looks like.
2. booking & questionnaire
When you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send your proposal with your contract and retainer to officially secure your date.
After booking, you’ll receive a customized questionnaire that helps us get to know you, your story, and all the details that make your day unique.
3. communication & planning
We’ll stay in touch throughout the months leading up to your wedding — checking in on your timeline, helping you with planning tips, and coordinating key moments so everything flows seamlessly.
4. your wedding day
The day you’ve been waiting for! Our team will capture every genuine moment, from the big emotions to the little in-between details that make your story yours. We work seamlessly together so you can stay fully present and enjoy every second.
5. gallery delivery & post wedding meeting
Once your gallery is ready, we’ll schedule a time to meet and relive the magic together. You’ll receive your online gallery with all your edited images and your wedding film to download and share. This is also when we’ll design your included 8x8 heirloom album — and if you’d like, you can choose to upgrade your album or order additional wall art and prints to preserve your memories beautifully.

We require a travel fee for any location 50+ miles outside of Columbia Station, OH.
50% non-refundable booking fee is required at contract signing to hold your date.
